The Allen Law Firm, a leader in personal injury law for over 100 years, is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team in Stafford, VA. Responsibilities:

- Support multiple Attorneys and their case files in various stages of progression
- Prepare for meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial
- File pleadings in state and federal courts
- Manage and audit liens, including those associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation

Requirements:

- and 2 years of experience in a law firm (Personal Injury preferred)
- Familiarity with case management systems (Litify preferred)
