Job Summary:

Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Prior L&E and litigation experience is a requirement and large law firm experience preferred. This position may also involve some general business litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work effectively within deadlines, and client interaction skills. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic labor and employment practice where one can gain responsibility and client interaction. We prefer candidates who are looking for a long-term opportunity with potential for growth.
