Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial and resolution.
  • Develop and execute trial strategies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
  • Maintain excellent client communication to ensure top-notch legal representation.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Attorney in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with first-chair or second-chair trial experience.
  • Proven track record of handling high-value cases and achieving favorable verdicts or settlements.
  • Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional legal writing ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple cases.
  • Passion for helping injured clients achieve justice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy.
  • Legal writing proficiency, including motions, briefs, and case documentation.
  • Ability to handle complex litigation cases and manage high-stakes trials.
  • Client-focused communication skills.
