Responsibilities:

- Focus on workplace safety and health projects, primarily in the context of client interactions with OSHA and similar state agencies
- Handle legal compliance and inspection counseling, resolving citations, responding to requests for documents, and representing employers in legal disputes arising from enforcement actions
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Handle significant individual responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent client service

Requirements:

- Active, in good standing state bar license
- Excellent writing skills
- High level of attention to detail and responsiveness
