Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on trust and estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Manage estate administration, including probate and distribution of assets.
• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tax-efficient estate plans.
• Work closely with beneficiaries and fiduciaries to resolve estate and trust matters.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations in estate planning and administration.
• Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical abilities to assess and address complex estate issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting estate planning and trust documents.
• Knowledge of probate processes and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Familiarity with tax laws related to estate and trust matters.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
