Chicago office of our client seeks consumer law associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will serve in federal court appearances, drafting various motions, file management from inception to finish, monitoring discovery and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. Will appear for and conduct depositions in a fast paced and high volume practice. Must be licensed in the State of Illinois. Previous litigation experience is required, preferably in the areas of bankruptcy, consumer and debt collection.
