## Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions

Law Firm is seeking mid-level and senior associates to join its Corporate Department/Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions group. This position will allow associates to assist the firm's clients with their technology and intellectual property transactions.

### What You'll Do

* Assist with the negotiation, drafting and review of technology transactions, including software licensing and development agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, cloud computing agreements, hosting agreements and other related agreements
* Assist with the negotiation, drafting and review of intellectual property transactions, including trademark and copyright license agreements, brand development and protection agreements, and other related agreements
* Provide advice and counsel to clients on intellectual property and technology transactions
* Research and analyze legal issues related to intellectual property and technology transactions

### What You'll Need

* JD from an accredited law school
* At least 4 years of experience in intellectual property and technology transactions
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

### Salary

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $250,000-$415,000.
