Position Summary
The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. This includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, financing and lending, and distressed situations across various asset classes (., office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, multifamily, etc.). The ideal candidate should have big law firm experience and excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, financing and lending, and distressed situations
- Work with clients on various real estate matters
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Negotiate real estate contracts
- Research and analyze real estate laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice to clients

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate law
- Big law firm experience preferred
- Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills

Compensation
