You will also have the chance to work with clients in the United States and Canada, providing comprehensive advice throughout all phases of a project.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong skills in technology, confidence, and legal advocacy. You should also have experience with commercial real estate and drafting and negotiating documents such as purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and JV agreements. Familiarity with title and survey review, zoning and development, and energy and/or renewable energy projects is preferred.

As an Associate Attorney, you will have direct client contact and work with clients to integrate legal advice into their business strategy. This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and a Florida bar license is required. Additional licenses in other states are a plus.
