Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group - Gore is seeking a diligent, organized, and knowledgeable personal injury paralegal to join our team. If you have experience in legal research, case file organization, and family settlement negotiations, we want to hear from you!

As our Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our legal team by writing briefs, creating legal documents, and conducting research for trial preparation. You will also assist attorneys in preparing for trial, maintaining our case filing systems, and communicating with clients and service providers.

We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law. An ABA-approved paralegal certificate is required, and certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Treatment status updates and follow-up with clients
- Resolving disputes through family settlement meetings and mediation
- Assisting attorneys with trial preparation
- Maintaining case filing systems and other administrative tasks
- Drafting legal pleadings and correspondence
- Negotiating lien, bill, and medical expense settlements with service providers and insurers

Qualifications:
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably in personal injury law
- High-level organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and writing ability
- Certification from NALA preferred

Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour depending on experience
