Foster Garvey, a leading law firm, is seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join its Business group. This is a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate with a passion for corporate law to gain experience in a variety of industries and work with talented attorneys across the firm's six offices. The associate will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for both small and large business clients, including those in the sports, arts and entertainment, consumer brands/products, hospitality, and technology industries.

- Annualized salary range of $130,000 to $150,000, adjusted based on experience and location

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school (by June 2024)
- License to practice law or scheduled to take the July 2024 bar examination
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills
- Client-service approach and exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse team
- Ability to manage individual responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
