This is a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate with a passion for corporate law to gain experience in a variety of industries and work with talented attorneys across the firm's six offices. The associate will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for both small and large business clients, including those in the sports, arts and entertainment, consumer brands/products, hospitality, and technology industries.
