This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in workers’ compensation law and be able to assist attorneys with all aspects of case management.

Job Description:
The Workers’ Compensation Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of case management in the area of workers’ compensation law. This includes, but is not limited to, filing documents, scheduling appointments, conducting research, and communicating with clients and other legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workers’ compensation law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management in workers’ compensation law
- File documents and organize case files
- Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients and other legal professionals
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Attend hearings and depositions with attorneys
- Update and maintain case management systems
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in workers’ compensation law
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
