Law Firm Seeks Real Estate Associate in Syracuse, NY

Overview:

- Bousquet Holstein PLLC is seeking an associate attorney to join our team in Syracuse, NY

Qualifications:

- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State or eligible to waive into NYS
- 2-7 years of real estate law experience
- Experience with both commercial and residential real estate transactions and leases
- Ability to conduct and analyze legal research and develop legal strategies

Bonus qualifications:

- Experience with institutional lenders and loan documents
- Familiarity with real property title documents and title insurance
- Litigation experience, including landlord-tenant disputes and property co-owner disputes
- Knowledge of zoning and land use applications
- Experience with forming and advising homeowners' associations and condominiums
- Familiarity with business entities and governing documents

Responsibilities:

- Work with attorney and paralegal teams to prepare and review real estate transaction documents
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing legal strategies
- Assist with real estate litigation matters and zoning applications
- Maintain confidentiality in all inquiries
