Responsibilities

- Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Represent defendants in significant exposure cases in numerous general liability areas
- Provide defense for property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals
- Excel in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases
- Partner with seasoned and well-respected trial attorneys who have broad trial experience
- Obtain top defense verdicts of the year and receive other prominent recognition
- Work with developing talented attorneys who have substantive litigation experience
- Collaborate with a growing, collaborative firm

Qualifications

- At least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
- Admission to the California Bar
- Knowledge and experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery
- Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Experience in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work with developing talented attorneys and contribute to a growing firm
