Job Description:
- Seeking a class action mid-level associate for the Litigation Group
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Experience with class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation preferred
- Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools
- Previous federal clerkship is a plus
