Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation and financial restructuring cases.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft motions.
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection and e-discovery.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice in New York State.
• Strong interest in commercial litigation and financial restructuring.
• Desire to work on lean teams and gain client contact experience.
• Should have 2-3 years of experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent research and writing abilities.
• Experience with discovery processes and e-discovery platforms (., Relativity).
• Proven deposition experience, including preparation and second-chairing.
