Responsibilities and Duties

As a Transactional Associate Attorney at Stark & Stark, you will be responsible for:

- Handling purchase and sale transactions from start to finish, including drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents
- Documenting entity formation and equity sharing arrangements
- Collaborating with other attorneys and paralegals
- Corresponding and communicating with clients' business and legal personnel
- Coordinating with attorneys from other practice disciplines

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in transactional law
- Strong interpersonal, drafting, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical thinking and business mindset
- Outstanding academic record
- Ability to work well in a team and interact with clients directly
- Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey
