Freshfields' US Leveraged Finance team is seeking 2nd and 3rd year associates to join our team in New York. Our team works on complex financings for both borrower and lender side clients. We are a versatile group with experience in all industry sectors and a global reach. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Work on cutting edge and complex financings for borrower and lender side clients
- Collaborate with global colleagues on multijurisdictional transactions
- Represent clients across all industry sectors on large cap, middle market, and growth equity transactions

Qualifications:
- 2nd or 3rd year associate with experience in leveraged finance
- Strong academic credentials from top law school
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and team-oriented

Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on leading market rates
- Reasonable estimate of current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000
