Job Overview:

  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide support in negotiations.

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, tax, and securities laws.
  • Experience with corporate transactions and ESOP transactions preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
