Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join our litigation practice in our Houston office. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They must also be a member of the Texas bar and have a strong understanding of Texas state and federal court procedures. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and attending hearings and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with a team on complex legal matters
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Member of the Texas bar
• Familiarity with Texas state and federal court procedures
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
