We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with experience in real estate, environmental, land use, administrative law, or general litigation to support our Real Estate & Natural Resources Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate, environmental, land use, administrative law, or general litigation
- Strong research, analysis, writing, and communication skills
- Oregon State Bar admission or eligibility for immediate reciprocity
- Interest in business development in the land use real estate/construction and/or natural resources industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

- Pay range of $165,000 - $185,000, with the potential for discretionary merit bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and more
