As a Bond Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, while also contributing to the success of our clients and communities throughout California.

Salary Information: $50,000 - $90,000 per year

Experience Information: 3+ years in public finance and a required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal financing schedules and timelines to ensure smooth progress from kickoff to closing
- Track financing documents and assist in due diligence for bond and disclosure counsel
- Coordinate with clients to gather responses to due diligence questionnaires and prepare disclosure documents
- Assist in conducting bond sales and obtaining necessary signatures and documents
- Other duties as assigned
