Paralegal
The candidate will review client files for accuracy and completeness. Work with assigned Case Managers through the case buildup process. Prepare and respond to discovery. Review and analyze medical records to identify qualifying injuries. Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines. Routine communications with clients and attorneys regarding case status. Should have Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and/or work experience; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proficiency in MS Office; specifically, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat; strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and urgency of deadlines. Should preferably have experience with personal injury and/or product liability; 3 years of Paralegal; 3 years of Paralegal Certificate. Must be articulate and a team player with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
