Responsibilities:

- 3-6 years of experience with Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, financial reorganization, and/or creditors' rights
- Experience with complex corporate restructuring is a plus
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs
- Excellent research and oral communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and directly interact with clients

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- Licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and/or New York
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and interact with clients
