Ropers Majeski, a well-established and highly reputable law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least one year of civil litigation experience to join their growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, including product liability, personal injury, and environmental cases.

Responsibilities:

- Focus on litigation of product liability, personal injury, and property damage, complex commercial litigation, and environmental matters
- Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor degree with excellent academic credentials
- Minimum of one year of general civil litigation experience, including experience defending commercial disputes, personal injury lawsuits, and premises liability actions in State Court
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience
