Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-litigation work on a daily basis
- Obtain approval for litigation through the Flip-to-Lit process
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Obtain approval for liability issues through the TD process
- Negotiate settlements and prepare demand packages
- Oversee the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
- 2+ years of experience in premises or personal injury law
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

This position reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
