### Job Description
Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 575 attorneys in 16 offices across eight states and Washington ., is seeking a Bankruptcy/Restructuring Associate. This position may be located in the firm’s Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Nashville, Dallas, or Houston markets.

The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of complex Chapter 11 case experience, including the representation of debtors, secured creditors, official committees, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases. Additional experience with handling complex workouts and restructurings in the automotive and mobility industry would be an asset. Applicants must have a good academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.

### Qualifications
- 3-5 years of complex Chapter 11 case experience
- Representation of debtors, secured creditors, official committees, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases
- Experience with handling complex workouts and restructurings in the automotive and mobility industry (preferred)
- Good academic record
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
