Corporate Paralegal (Los Angeles)

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our team in the Los Angeles office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions and to collaborate with experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support and assistance to supervising attorneys in all aspects of general corporate transactions
- Draft and file various corporate documents, such as annual reports, resolutions, and certificates of formation
- Conduct UCC/lien searches as part of due diligence process for corporate transactions
- Assist with corporate transactional work, including M&A, private equity, and new venture formation
- Maintain corporate minute books and prepare closing sets for completed transactions
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet timelines and client needs
- Maintain accurate time reports for client billing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm setting
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program is a plus
- Familiarity with corporate financing transactions, M&A, private equity, and new venture formation
- Proficiency in Westlaw, internet research, due diligence, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $95,000 to $125,000
- Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
