Job Description:

- Responsible for providing legal support services for multiple Medicaid states, enterprise-wide functions, and/or complex litigation
- Leads support staff and serves as a seasoned resource
- Prepares and evaluates legal documentation
- Conducts legal research and analysis
- Monitors state and federal legislation and recommends appropriate action
- Represents the company at legal proceedings and subsidiary company board meetings
- Applies business knowledge and technical expertise to optimize solutions
- Participates in projects and negotiations
- Enters information into appropriate databases
- Handles Provider Contracting for Medicaid markets

Key Requirements:
- Paralegal Certification or an AA/AS/BA/BS in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of legal or related experience
- Experience in Medicaid or other government programs
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in the use of Excel
