This position is ideal for attorneys with 5-8 years of experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

The ideal candidate for this position should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
