## Job Description
The mid-level corporate associate will be responsible for working on public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters. The associate will need to have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as proficiency in drafting the same. The associate must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials and experience at a large regional, national or international law firm are preferred.
