Law firm Parsons Behle & Latimer has an opening for an experienced Paralegal/Case Manager to manage foreclosure litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. This is a full-time position with a reliable 40-hour work week, salary, bonuses and full benefits.

**Job Description:**

The Paralegal/Case Manager will be responsible for:

- Reviewing and approving pleadings
- Managing litigation timelines
- Developing case strategy
- Working with outside counsel to resolve matters

Candidates with a . are preferred, although it is not required. Residential mortgage loan servicing, debt collection, bankruptcy or general litigation experience is a plus.
