Requirements: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - 3-6 years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions. - Admission to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is preferred. - Federal or . Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship experience is a plus. - Outstanding academic credentials. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently.
