Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and projects, including:

- Drafting and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents.
- Preparing discovery responses and requests.
- Conducting legal research.
- Providing client status reports.
- Participating in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Other litigation-related matters as needed.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- 3-6 years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions.
- Admission to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is preferred.
- Federal or . Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship experience is a plus.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
