McNees Wallace & Nurick, a law firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with experience in securities law to join their expanding Corporate & Tax Group. This position allows for a hybrid remote work schedule with regular presence in one of their office locations.

### Job Qualifications

* 5-7 years of general corporate experience including securities experience and experience with sophisticated business and transactional matters
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented
