Law Firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its Naples office. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of commercial real estate transaction experience, with some experience in high-value residential transactions preferred.

The successful candidate will be expected to draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions.

##Real Estate Associate Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Some experience in high-value residential transactions preferred
- Experience drafting and negotiating documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Experience with due diligence work and closing real estate transactions

##Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Handle due diligence work and closing of real estate transactions
- Advise clients on real estate matters
