- Assist with special projects as requested by General Counsel
- Eight to ten years of relevant legal experience required

- Litigation experience preferred but not required
- Juris Doctor degree and license to practice law in resident jurisdiction required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent research skills and sound judgement
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively

Salary Information:
- Las Vegas, Nevada: $185,000 - $225,000
- Denver, Colorado: $195,000 - $235,000 (bonus eligibility with qualifiers)
- Los Angeles, California and Seattle, Washington: $215,000 - $245,000
- San Francisco, California and New York City, New York: $230,000 - $250,000

Experience Information:
- Eight to ten years of relevant legal experience required
- Familiarity with professional liability rules and ethics opinions is a plus
- Litigation experience preferred but not required
