Morgan Lewis, a prestigious law firm in Boston, is currently seeking a midlevel associate to join their Corporate & Business Transactions department. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in life science transactions, preferably in a law firm setting. However, candidates with 2 or more years of in-house counsel experience in the life sciences industry and a strong interest in life science transactions will also be considered. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements
- Handle product purchase and sale agreements
- Review and negotiate confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, service agreements, clinical trial agreements, and master service agreements
- Advise clients on legal matters related to life science transactions

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in life science transactions, preferably in a law firm setting
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience in drafting and negotiating various agreements
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the Massachusetts bar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
