This is a great opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join a dynamic legal department at PAGNY. The position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000, as well as a generous benefits package including 10% 401K company contribution after one year of service, choice of free medical plans starting day one, excellent dental insurance, and a generous paid time off program. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of in-house corporate experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital administration, or a large medical practice. They should also have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information and multiple tasks simultaneously. The Legal Assistant will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as managing corporate records, assisting with contract management, and supporting outside counsel with litigation matters. This is a full-time, on-site position, and the ideal candidate will be a quick learner and able to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Organize and maintain corporate records, correspondence, vendor contracts and other legal department documents Assist in contract management process for vendor contracts including tracking, finalizing and coordinating signatures Assist in corporate filings and applications Track legal vendor invoice fees and payments Track, manage, and assist outside counsel with pending litigation matters Attend meetings and take minutes Support General Counsel with administrative matters Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedules, and appointments Other administrative duties as assigned.
