Litigation Paralegal - Remote Opportunity with Law Firm Department: Legal Salary: - per hour Experience: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in a state with an existing Fisher Phillips office. As a Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and a team of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and obtain client documents, including electronic data - Conduct background checks and obtain records as needed - Draft legal documents for attorney review - Assist with motions, exhibits, and evidentiary matters - Conduct online research and utilize firm resources efficiently - Manage multiple assignments and deadlines - Keep accurate time and billing records Qualifications: - 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required - - Knowledge of MS Office and document management systems - High motivation, reliability, and strong teamwork skills Requirements for California Applicants: - Must possess a certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal program OR a degree from a post-secondary institution with a minimum of 24 units in law-related courses OR a baccalaureate or advanced degree with at least one year of law-related experience under the supervision of an attorney.
