Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a top-ranked full-service law firm with over 300 attorneys in 16 offices across New York, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL, and NJ, is seeking a talented Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate to join its well-respected Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a dynamic team and work on challenging and diverse cases with a diverse and varied client base.

As a Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in one of four locations: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse, NY. Our firm also offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility and work-life balance for our employees. We are looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, admitted to practice in New York state, with a . degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials and communication skills, as well as a dedication to client service, are essential for this role.
