**Job Description:**
- Seeking an associate in law school class years 2016 through 2019 to join our Finance team
- Candidate should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
- Work primarily with our Global Finance team and in tandem with our Business Restructuring & Reorganization team
- Opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings

**Salary Information:**
- Annual compensation range: $365,000 - $435,000
- Salary offered within this range depends on qualifications and other operational considerations

**Job Requirements:**
- Law school class years 2016 through 2019
- Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
- Strong understanding of global finance and business restructuring & reorganization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

**Experience Information:**
- Required: Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings
- Preferred: Experience working with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
