# Complex Litigation Associate – Miami or Washington, DC

## Carlton Fields is Seeking an Associate

Carlton Fields is seeking an associate with three to seven years of litigation experience for its Miami or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate would have experience working on complex matters in federal court, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities.

## Requirements

* Excellent academic credentials
* Strong writing skills
* Law Review or Clerkship experience (plus)
* Knowledge of insurance products, annuities, securities, or other financial products (plus but not required)
* Admitted to practice in Florida or Washington, DC, as applicable
