Responsibilities:
- Handle private company mergers and acquisitions
- Advise on corporate governance matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Draft LLC/shareholder agreements
- Provide legal advice to middle market companies on general corporate matters
- Handle private equity transactions
- Assist with sophisticated M&A transactions
- Work on private securities offerings
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to the exceptional service our clients expect
