This position is remote and relocation is available according to the Firm's policy. As a Sr. Paralegal, you will be part of DLA Piper’s client service teams, working side by side with lawyers, co-counsel and clients on an array of substantive client matters. The majority of our paralegals are career professionals who work independently and on teams, locally, nationally and globally.

### Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 6 years Paralegal experience supporting a Finance practice group in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience managing data rooms and matter files on document management systems
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of work

### Preferred Requirements:
- Blue Sky experience
- Experience preparing and filing a variety of corporate legal documents
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Large firm experience

### What will your day look like?
Your day will be spent performing a range of substantive case, matter, or entity-related duties by supporting efforts between attorneys, clients, outside legal counsel, opposing legal counsel, and other parties. This includes developing, monitoring, and updating closing and other books and other documents. You will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and filing legal UCC Financing Statements, Articles of Incorporation/Organization, annual reports, managing data rooms, and matter files, coordinating execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, etc., including all closing documentation.

### Compensation
In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California or Washington is $95k-$130k. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
