Hogan Lovells US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Employment practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work and work from the New York, Philadelphia or Northern Virginia office of Hogan Lovells.

## Benefits

Alternative work arrangements are available for this position, including a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus. In addition, full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
