Responsibilities:
- Handle consumer finance and mortgage litigation cases
- Familiarity with federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices
- Experience with laws such as the Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Equal Opportunity Credit Act
- Strong communication skills required

Requirements:
- Active bar license in New York (licenses in PA, NJ, or CT a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in consumer finance and mortgage litigation
- Strong communication skills
