The ideal candidate should be admitted to Massachusetts, with admissions to New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine considered a plus. Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Assist senior attorneys in case management and trial preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation matters.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, admissions in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine are advantageous.
  • 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine admissions are a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Familiarity with litigation procedures and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
