# Senior Estate Planning Attorney We are looking for an estate planning attorney with a minimum of five years of experience, an amazing attitude, and the ability to demonstrate vast empathy for our clients. A qualified candidate will have experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, and other related documents. A great candidate will also have experience in one or more of our other practice areas. At our law firm, we love coming to work and helping our clients. If you are looking for a rewarding position where you can make a real difference in someone’s life, apply today! ## Responsibilities - Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care - Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning - Conduct effective consultations with potential clients - Interface with clients providing excellent customer service - Identify legal issues related to Medicaid and Special Needs Planning - Assist in managing production of support staff - Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk - Research and analyze the law on complex issues ## Qualifications - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Licensed with the State Bar of Georgia - Five years of estate planning experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude to learning other software programs such as practice management software - Familiarity with document drafting software - Experience with WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel is a plus - Ability to show empathy to clients and put them at ease - Attention to detail - Willingness to become proficient in the firm’s other areas of practice ## Compensation The minimum base salary for this position is $115,000 with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
