Summary:

Public Counsel, a nonprofit public interest law firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal for their Homelessness Prevention Law Project (HPLP). The HPLP provides legal services to individuals at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing homelessness. The Paralegal will work in the Special Litigation Unit (SLU) within the HPLP, focusing on filing lawsuits against landlords to protect tenants' rights and prevent homelessness. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and either a Paralegal certificate or at least 1 year of experience in litigation support.
