In this role, you will handle claims arising from policies issued from our US Commercial Management Liability and Financial Institutions teams. You will also provide legal review and policy drafting support to underwriting, and have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Global Claims Team by attending industry conferences and publishing on current claim trends and issues.

To be successful in this position, you should have a law degree and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in D&O claims handling or related litigation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at both a law firm and insurance carrier, as well as those pursuing or holding an insurance related designation. Strong negotiating, analytical, and communication skills are also required.
